sige is a consultancy that has been active in the field of business advice since its creation in 2003.
For 20 years we have been helping and advising closely all types of companies, from startups and SMEs, both in the labour field and in accounting and tax matters.
Our team is made up of over 25 professionals with solid experience and constant training that resolves the needs of the clients on a day-to-day basis in a customized, agile, and flexible way. In addition, it stands out for its extensive technical and sectoral knowledge that makes it easy for them to adapt to new business environments.

sige staff consists of over 25 professionals with extensive experience and in constant training. Both economists and lawyers, who are specialized in commercial, financial accounting, tax, and labor matters, guide and advise our clients in a customized and close manner.
Their extensive regulatory knowledge allows them to adapt quickly to new business environments. In addition, its technical and innovative methods cause an agile, fast and flexible response.

He has a degree in Business Administration from the ESERP Business School and a Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona.
With more than 20 years of experience in the accounting, tax, and financial management departments in different companies.
Before his incorporation, Alberto was part of the team of an international firm, as director of the Business Services Outsourcing department for 10 years.

Assumpció Soler Carné
Head of the labor management department
Assumpció has more than 20 years of labor management experience in organizations. Since 2003, she has been responsible for Sige’s Labour Management department and provides services to several companies from different sectors of economic activity.
She has a Diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Barcelona.

Eva Sánchez Pi
Head of the accounting department
Eva has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax management of organizations. Since 2003 she has been responsible for the accounting department of sige and directs the accounting and tax management of companies from different sectors of economic activity.
She has a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona.

Ethics and good governance
Internal Information Channel (Ethics Channel) — Sige Business Services, S.L.
Sige Business Services, S.L. is part of the RocaJunyent corporate group, which includes Roca Junyent, S.L.P. and Sige Business Services, S.L.
In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, the RocaJunyent corporate group has established an Internal Information Channel (Ethics Channel) that allows any person (employees, collaborators and third parties who interact with Sige Business Services, S.L.) to report possible regulatory breaches, either identified or anonymously.
When accessing the channel, the user will be redirected to the platform of the RocaJunyent corporate group (Centinela), which is the entity responsible for managing the channel for all the companies within the Group, including Sige Business Services, S.L. The channel is managed by the Group’s Compliance Officer, in their capacity as the Head of the Internal Information System.
The platform may display the corporate image of RocaJunyent, as it is the entity responsible for managing the channel at Group level. This does not imply that the report is not related to Sige Business Services, S.L.: when submitting the communication, the user will be able to identify the entity or entities concerned.
The channel guarantees the confidentiality of communications and the identity of the reporting person, and expressly prohibits any retaliation against anyone who reports a potential breach in good faith.
